Landoxo offers a digital SaaS product. Because the Service delivers instant access to AI-powered store generation tools, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be satisfied with their experience.
The Free plan requires no payment and is non-refundable by nature. You can use it indefinitely with no financial commitment.
We stand behind our product. If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, or if your Landoxo-built store does not generate a single sale within 21 days of going live, you may request a full refund within 21 days of your initial subscription purchase. Contact us at support@landoxo.store with your account email and reason for the refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are generally not available after the 21-day window. However, we review all requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, we may offer a partial refund or credit.
We do not provide refunds for automatic renewal charges. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel anytime through your billing settings.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your existing projects are preserved but you cannot create new ones if you exceed the Free plan limit.
