By accessing or using Landoxo ("the Service") at landoxo.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Landoxo is an AI-powered platform that generates Shopify-compatible store page designs. The Service allows users to configure brand settings, generate store schemas using third-party AI providers, preview designs, and export results as HTML or JSON files.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service requires you to provide your own API keys for AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini). You are solely responsible for your API key usage, associated costs, and compliance with those providers' terms of service. Landoxo is not responsible for charges incurred through your API keys or for the availability or quality of third-party AI services.
The Free plan includes 3 store pages, all sections, and HTML export. No credit card is required.
Pro ($29/month) and Agency ($79/month) plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your billing settings.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you downgrade and exceed the new plan's limits, you will retain access to existing projects but cannot create new ones until within limits.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated schemas, exported HTML, and brand configurations. Landoxo claims no ownership over your generated output. You own it forever.
The Landoxo platform, including its design, code, templates, section library, and AI prompts, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service itself.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Content generated by AI providers may contain inaccuracies, inappropriate suggestions, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated content before publishing or using it commercially. Landoxo does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
